POOL OPENS - MAY 14, 2016

There is a new amenity entry access system for the pool.

There will be two distribution dates for the new pool key access cards:

May 14 th from 8:00am until 1:00pm

May 21 st from 8:00am until 1:00pm

These key cards will allow you to access the pool until 10:00pm on Sunday thru Thursday and 11:00pm from Friday thru Saturday. Everyone must leave the pool on time... NO EXCEPTIONS!

If your account has an outstanding balance, the key will be deactivated.

All accounts must be paid in full and in good standing for access.

If you have tenants in your home, you will need to give them Pool keys. Any tenants acquiring key cards will need verification of occupancy from owner to pick up keys.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT AMENITY ACCESS: If you are at the pool, and a resident reports that they forgot their key or that theirs is not working, do not let them in, but rather have them contact our office at 678-363- 6479. It is likely due to an issue with a balance on their account that they will need to resolve before their keys can be activated.

These mechanisms will be used year after year. It is the only way you and your family members can get into the pool.

REPLACEMENT KEYS ARE $50. Keys are limited to 1 per household.

SEABOARD - OPPORTUNITY TO CONTRACT FOR PRESSURE WASHING OF PATIOS

Dear Seaboard Township Resident:

 

The pressure washing contractor doing the driveways is offering a discount to residents if they wish to contract with him directly to pressure wash their patios while he is working on the driveways this week.

 

Please contact Ray Fordham directly at 404-392-1841 if you wish to pay to have your patio cleaned.

HOA pressure washing driveways today (Tuesday, June 30).

Hello Seaboard Township Residents:

 

The HOA pressure washing contractor will begin pressure washing driveways today (Tuesday, June 30).

 

The anticipated schedule is:

 

Trailside Circle

• Tuesday - Odd addresses
• Wednesday - Even addresses
   
  Trailside Way

• Thursday - Odd addresses
• Friday - Even addresses
   
  There may be some overlap on the days and even go into next week, depending on weather and how quickly each driveway can be cleaned.
   
  While the pressure washing is being performed, we ask  that you keep your driveways clear of vehicles and other items. You may park on the street on ONE side of the street only - using the odd numbered side. Please park with the flow of traffic and be sure not to park too close to a neighbor's driveway or across from another driveway so as to block egress. Do not park in front of any mailbox. You may utilize the overflow parking lots except for the pool lot for the duration of the pressure washing work.
   
  Also, please be sure your water/faucets are turned on for outside access by the pressure washing company as they will need to connect to your water spigot.
