Seaboard Township Car Break-In Last Night

Hello Seaboard Township Neighbors,

There was a car break in reported to our HOA last night for our neighborhood!

Please keep an eye out for any suspicious activities and report anything unusual to the Police by calling 911.

Also notify your neighbors of this in case they do not yet have access to our blog or we do not have their email address.

Pool Progress

Hello Seaboard Township Neighbors!!

Please remind your neighbors that they can send an email to seaboardtownship@gmail.com to be added to the neighborhood database. I will need their name, address, phone and email. I will add them to our database and give them access to all the neighbors contact information that have signed up, the calendar and blog. Let get everyone signed up!!

Pool Notes:

So you are all aware, I have asked Mike Tolley to address the following items:

1) The pool is nasty... the bottom of the pool is dirty with leaves and dirt on the bottom.

Mike's Reply: The problem was not the pool guy. We had 18 freeze breaks in the plumbing and we could not get the water on for the pool guy to finish cleaning until Saturday. He said that he was going to try and get out there Saturday but was not sure if he would make it. The chemicals was good just needed vacuumed.

2) The safety rails and pool ladder needs to be reinstalled.

Mike's Reply: I will contact him about this.

3) The pool key lock on the front of the front gate does not work. It works OK from the inside and it works on the bathroom doors OK. It also works on the back gate. But the lock does not line up and needs to be fixed and the chain lock removed on the back gate

Mike's Reply: I contacted the locksmith and they are coming out to fix it.

4) I noticed there were people up at the pool drinking beer with some in glass bottles. This needs to be addressed in the news letter and any other way you see fit.

Mike's Reply: I will place this in the newsletter, but please make sure everyone addresses this if they see it.

If there is anything else that needs to be addressed, please let me or Mike know!
