Board of Directors is seeking volunteers for the following committees:
Pool Committee – Specific Duties
Recommendations for pool/pool area rules
Assist in enforcing pool/pool
area rules
Determine insurance
liabilities for pool/pool area
Determine homeowner
liabilities for pool/pool area
Research what other
neighborhoods are doing
Monitor maintenance including
restrooms
Social Committee – Specific Duties
Plan neighborhood gatherings
Distribute neighborhood
newsletters
Welcome packets for new
neighbors – Include rules and regulations and community contacts
Budget Committee – Specific Duties
Financial reports to Board Members at each
meeting
Yearly financial reports for
homeowners
Prepare & recommend
yearly budget to board
Acquire yearly bids for all
maintenance
