The pressure washing contractor doing the driveways is offering a discount to residents if they wish to contract with him directly to pressure wash their patios while he is working on the driveways this week.

HOA pressure washing driveways today (Tuesday, June 30).

Hello Seaboard Township Residents:

 

The HOA pressure washing contractor will begin pressure washing driveways today (Tuesday, June 30).

 

The anticipated schedule is:

 

Trailside Circle

• Tuesday - Odd addresses
• Wednesday - Even addresses
   
  Trailside Way

• Thursday - Odd addresses
• Friday - Even addresses
   
  There may be some overlap on the days and even go into next week, depending on weather and how quickly each driveway can be cleaned.
   
  While the pressure washing is being performed, we ask  that you keep your driveways clear of vehicles and other items. You may park on the street on ONE side of the street only - using the odd numbered side. Please park with the flow of traffic and be sure not to park too close to a neighbor's driveway or across from another driveway so as to block egress. Do not park in front of any mailbox. You may utilize the overflow parking lots except for the pool lot for the duration of the pressure washing work.
   
  Also, please be sure your water/faucets are turned on for outside access by the pressure washing company as they will need to connect to your water spigot.

Pool key distribution will be at the pool

Saturday May 2 and Saturday May 9

from 10am-2pm.

 

Please Note:

• Delinquent homeowners are not eligible for pool keys.  
• Homeowners must have ID’S to obtain keys

 

• Updated pool rules will be distributed during key distribution dates.

 

• If you are a renter you must have written permission from the owner to pick up a key.  Homeowners, please email us at info@allinonemgmt.com to give permission for your renter to receive a key.

 

Homeowners are responsible for informing all leases and guests of the pool rules. Any violation of pool rules may lead to revocation of your pool privileges.
